Families and loved ones

After Cloud has been designed with both the patient and family members in mind, enabling you to communicate real time and share precious moments.

One of the main features of After Cloud is the ability to future post. This enables users to post for a future occasion. It's a digital memory box which allows individuals to celebrate an occasion or post loving messages which ordinarily they would not be able to.

The app has been extremely well received in various care settings, including older people's services, dementia care, hospices and in the community.

The ability for family members, loved ones and friends to receive future posts from someone who has recently died, may also assist with your grief as well as your general mental health and well-being.

We understand the pain and heartache of a close bereavement is always difficult and it's extremely important for you to grieve in your own way.

We want to help and assist those who are living with the prospect of an imminent loss, to discover hope for the future. After Cloud is always there.

The app Insights section can also assist and cater for your needs and requirements, as a natural referral pathway and as an extension of our core services, if required.

We are very proud to partner with and support the growing New Normal community who's supportive aim is to normalise the conversation around grief and be there for each other without judgement.

There are many support organisations who can assist you following a bereavement, so if you would like any help or assistance in this regard, we are able to signpost you to one of our supportive partner organisations.

Grief is a little easier when we have people by our side, so if you have friends or family members who want to help but aren't sure what to say or do, Grief Coach can offer grief support to your phone, all year long. Personalized and tailored based on your/their loss.

Grief is overwhelming and their supportive, customized text messages help you make sense of it all.
